Job Description

  • Salary according to collective agreement and skill card: A+ / A / B / C / D.
  • Versatile role: sales, technical advice, and parts management to support the activities of the parts and after-sales service department.
  • Genesis experience at the core of your intervention, with personalized support at each stage of the customer journey.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and advise customers on parts and accessories suitable for their Genesis vehicle.
  • Identify necessary parts, prepare quotes and orders, and ensure traceability until delivery.
  • Manage the department's stock: receiving, quality control, preparing orders for workshops and customers, participating in inventory.
  • Collaborate with the technical team and after-sales service to ensure smooth and quick service.
  • Use parts management system and computer tools to handle requests, orders, and returns.
  • Participate in cross-selling initiatives and customer loyalty programs.
  • Follow inventory procedures, quality assurance standards, and safety rules.

Desired Profile

  • Minimum experience: 1 year in auto parts sales or customer service role.
  • Knowledge of automotive parts and systems; experience with Genesis parts is a plus.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, a sense of service, and team spirit.
  • Good organizational skills, accuracy, and ability to prioritize.
  • Proficiency with computer tools and parts management systems; quick learner of internal software.
  • Bilingual French-English is an asset; clear and professional communication.
  • Proactive mindset, solution-oriented, and ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
