Mont-Royal Chevrolet is seeking a Financial Director specialized in the used car department. In this strategic role, you will be responsible for managing, optimizing, and developing the dealership's financial activities while ensuring a high-level customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement financial strategies aimed at increasing sales of financial products and services.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
• Collaborate with sales teams to offer financing solutions tailored to customer needs.
• Train, supervise, and support staff on financial products and sales practices.
• Analyze financial performance and produce reports for management (trends and improvement opportunities).
• Manage relationships with financial institutions and partners to optimize financing options.
• Oversee operational procedures related to financing and leasing, ensuring document accuracy, payment processing, and adherence to financial institution standards.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in financial services or sales, ideally in the automotive industry.
• Excellent knowledge of financial products and sales techniques.
