Position Context

You will lead the financial services team and be responsible for the strategy and execution of sales related to financial products, insurance, and warranties associated with vehicle sales. You will contribute to a first-class customer experience while ensuring compliance and operational performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and implement the sales strategy for financial and insurance products to support vehicle sales and optimize customer satisfaction.
• Lead, train, and coach the financial services team to achieve performance and quality objectives.
• Advise customers on financing, insurance, and warranty options, clearly explaining the benefits and costs.
• Collaborate with sales and after-sales teams to offer customized solutions.
• Oversee the financing and insurance process through to completion, ensuring adherence to internal rules and procedures.
• Monitor and analyze financial results, prepare reports, and suggest operational improvements.
• Participate in recruiting, developing, and evaluating talent within the team.
• Promote a culture of service, ethics, and customer satisfaction throughout the purchasing process.

Profile Sought

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales of financial products, insurance, and warranties, ideally in the automotive sector.
• Proven ability to lead a team, motivate, and develop team members’ skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and listening skills; ability to explain financial options clearly and accessibly.
• Strong organizational skills, ability to manage multiple files, and prioritize customer needs.
• Analytical mindset and results-oriented, with a practical and pragmatic approach.
• Fluent in French; English is a plus.
• Team spirit and commitment to impeccable customer service.
