Position Overview HGrégoire is seeking a Rental Operations Director to oversee the development, strategy, and performance of the rental activities within the group's dealerships. You will directly contribute to the growth and profitability of the business.

Job Details

• Position Type: Full-time, permanent
• Location: On-site at HGrégoire facilities in St-Eustache
• Compensation: Competitive base salary + performance-based bonuses

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the rental contract portfolio: monitor deadlines, renewals, and early terminations
• Develop and implement loyalty strategies to optimize renewals and acquire new contracts
• Support, train, and assist advisors regarding rental programs (residual values, rates, scenarios)
• Collaborate with the Finance (F&I) department to structure competitive and compliant offers
• Stay updated on manufacturer rental programs, promotions, rates, and residual values
• Analyze portfolio performance and provide necessary reports
• Contribute to achieving rental growth and dealership profitability targets
• Work with various departments to ensure a seamless customer experience

Required Skills and Experience

• 3 to 5 years of experience in automotive rental
• Bilingual in French and English (spoken and written), intermediate-advanced level
• Degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or related field (asset)
• Experience managing a portfolio of clients or rental contracts (significant asset)
• Proficiency in CRM software and automotive transaction management tools
• Excellent negotiation, customer service, and communication skills
• Ability to analyze financial data and propose suitable solutions
• Valid driver's license
• Team spirit, autonomy, and organizational skills
