Floor Manager – Élite Ford St-Jérôme (Saint-Jérôme)

Élite Ford St-Jérôme is looking for a passionate and dynamic Floor Manager to oversee sales operations and supervise the team of advisors.

About the position

You will be responsible for the operational management of the sales department, team development, and meeting the store’s sales goals. You will promote exemplary customer service and ensure effective collaboration with other departments.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise, train, and motivate the sales advisor team to ensure quality customer service and achieve sales objectives.
• Analyze sales performance and implement strategies to maximize results.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their satisfaction throughout the buying process.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure a smooth workflow and effective communication.
• Report to management on progress, trends, and opportunities for improvement.
• Manage daily operational tasks related to sales, including closing deals (closing / TO), exchanges between dealerships, and vehicle evaluations.

Profile sought

• Minimum experience: 1 year as Floor Manager or equivalent position (ideally in the automotive sector).
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment and handle multiple priorities.
• Analytical mindset and results-oriented decision-making skills.
• Knowledge of Ford products and the automotive market is a valuable asset.
