Floor Manager - Car Dealership

A key role to boost sales and ensure an exceptional customer experience. Under the supervision of the Sales Manager, you guide the sales team toward achieving targets while ensuring compliance with standards and regulations.

About the Position

Assist sales advisors in closing transactions, while respecting the laws, gross profit, volume, and customer satisfaction standards of the dealership. You will be responsible for online vehicle listings, inventory updates, and administrative support for the Sales Manager. The main tasks are described below, but additional duties may be assigned.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and support sales advisors to close transactions, in compliance with laws and achieving profit, volume, and customer satisfaction objectives.
• Manage online vehicle listings, inventory updates, and assist the Sales Manager with administrative tasks.
• Participate in developing and executing sales strategies, and ensure ongoing training of the team.
• Collaborate with various departments to optimize the customer experience and operational efficiency.
• Perform additional tasks as needed by the dealership.

Desired Profile

• Required experience:
  • 3 years as a Floor Manager
  • 1 year as a Sales Director
  • 1 year as an Assistant Sales Manager
• Driver’s license: Valid driver’s license for a vehicle
