Deputy Sales Manager – Automotive (Boucherville)
We are recruiting a Deputy Sales Manager to join our dynamic and rapidly expanding network. You are a results-oriented leader, capable of coaching a team and leading effective sales processes. Main Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate, and develop the sales team (coaching, goals, performance).
- Welcome customers at the dealership and direct them to sales advisors.
- Oversee all stages of the internal sales process and ensure transaction flow ("T.O.").
- Evaluate trade-in vehicles and optimize inventory (new and used).
- Authorize and finalize transactions, ensuring compliance with procedures and financial documents.
- Track visits and opportunities with sales advisors; ensure customer satisfaction.
- Develop business and contribute to revenue growth.
- Prepare and oversee documents, signatures, and financial aspects (financing and leasing) according to financial institution standards.
- Follow up with clients and deliveries; optimize financing and insurance costs.
Profile
- Proven experience in automotive sales, ideally with management or team leadership experience.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills; results and customer service oriented.
- Mastery of financing and leasing processes, with ability to check/validate credit applications.
- Skills in managing the client pipeline, CRM, and sales management systems.
- Organized, meticulous, with the ability to handle multiple files simultaneously.
- Fluent in French; English is an asset.
- Valid driver’s license; availability to work flexible hours.
