Grenier BMW is looking for a customer service–oriented professional to ensure exemplary vehicle deliveries and support the after-sales service activities. Join a dynamic team and deliver an unforgettable customer experience.

Your mission

• Ensure an exceptional customer experience during vehicle delivery.
• Prepare, inspect, and hand over vehicles with all options and documentation (owner’s manual, accessories, etc.).
• Coordinate deliveries and provide ongoing customer satisfaction follow-up throughout the process.
• Oversee the installation of equipment and planned customizations, and ensure the proper functioning of the vehicle’s features.
• Welcome customers and introduce them to key team members (manager, technical advisor).
• Present in detail the vehicle’s features, warranties, and services offered by the dealership.
• Manage payments at the time of delivery and collect the necessary information.
• Quickly address questions or complaints and inform the sales manager.
• Participate in follow-up and customer loyalty efforts (relaunch and satisfaction programs).
• Contribute to various customer service-related files and support sales management as needed.
• Perform any other related tasks as required by management.

• Professional demeanor, neat appearance, and warm welcome.
• Approximately 1 year of experience in a similar or relevant role.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, customer service mindset, and team spirit.
• Good organizational and communication abilities.
• Valid driver's license and full-time availability.
• Autonomy, proactivity, and reliability.
