The Position

• Position: Full-time
• Location: Terrebonne, QC
• Hours: Monday to Friday; the company is closed on weekends
• Contract type: Permanent (to be discussed)

Your Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate vehicle deliveries, respecting quality standards and deadlines
• Communicate with customers to organize delivery details and answer their questions
• Collaborate with sales and service teams to ensure a smooth vehicle handover to the customer
• Perform final inspections of vehicles prior to delivery (quality and cleanliness)
• Manage documentation and ensure follow-up on delivery files
• Participate in continuous improvement of delivery processes to optimize efficiency and customer satisfaction

Profile Required

• Experience: Minimum of 1 year in a similar role, ideally in the automotive sector
• Skills: Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Organization: Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
• Autonomy and proactive approach
• Valid driver’s license and a good driving record
• Personal qualities: Dynamic, personable, service-oriented

Skills and Tools

• Software: Merlin (Sales), Activix (CRM), Microsoft Office (Outlook), SDS
• Operational knowledge related to delivery and file compliance
