Used Vehicle Delivery Specialist

Volvo Cars Saint-Léonard, a member of the Saint-Léonard Group, is seeking a dynamic and meticulous Used Vehicle Delivery Specialist to strengthen its sales team. The role guarantees an exceptional customer experience and ensures a smooth administrative transition between sales and accounting.

Responsibilities

Delivery and Customer Relations

• Deliver vehicles to customers professionally.
• Contact customers to confirm delivery appointments, required documents, and procedures.
• Present the vehicle, explain basic features, and answer questions.
• Ensure the vehicle is impeccably prepared before the customer's arrival (cleaning, accessories, documentation).

Administrative Management and Follow-up

• Monitor sold vehicles before actual delivery.
• Open and track work orders related to delivery.
• Assemble and structure complete delivery files.
• Prepare and send documents to financial institutions for financing and disbursement.
• Rigorously track disbursements and missing documents after delivery.

Internal Coordination

• Transmit complete and compliant files to the accounting department.
• Keep tracking files (Excel) and delivery logs (payment statuses, profit, etc.) up to date.
• Manage check requests and prepare files for accounting.

Desired Profile

Skills and Experience

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail (complete files 100%).
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Fluent in French, both spoken and written; English is an asset.
• Class 5 driver's license with an impeccable driving record.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in delivery coordination or similar role.

Education and Tools

• Ability to work with tracking tools and spreadsheets (e.g., Excel).

• Compensation: weekly base salary + variable component in the form of bonuses based on delivery volume and file compliance.
