St-Jérôme Chevrolet Buick GMC, powered by Léveillé, is looking for a Vehicle Delivery Coordinator (full-time, Monday to Friday) to complete our great team. Your mission: prepare sales files, suggest and sell useful accessories, and deliver vehicles to our new customers — it’s the most exciting part!

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers on delivery day professionally and guide them to the vehicle handover
• Present and recommend additional accessories and services to enhance the customer experience
• Carefully prepare and verify sales documents for a smooth signing process
• Present the vehicle enthusiastically, explaining interior/exterior options and functionality
• Assist the customer during the signing of sales documents in a clear and professional manner
• Configure vehicle systems (Bluetooth, Apple CarPlay, GPS, etc.) to ensure confidence
• Manage questions and potential dissatisfaction calmly, escalating to the salesperson or manager if necessary
• Organize and follow up on appointments and deliveries
• Collaborate with the team to optimize processes and customer satisfaction

Candidate Profile

• Valid driver’s license
• Passionate about customer service with a strong customer focus
• Experience in a similar role (sales, customer retention, or client relations) and ideally in automotive
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
• Organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
• Negotiation skills and comfort with figures
• Team spirit and positive attitude
• Operational English (a plus for serving a diverse clientele)

Working Conditions and Requirements

• Desired experience: 1 year in delivery coordination or similar role is an asset
