Automotive Delivery Coordinator – Saint-Jean Hyundai (South Shore of Montreal)
Saint-Jean Hyundai, a dealership specializing in used vehicles on the South Shore of Montreal, is looking for a passionate Delivery Coordinator who is dedicated to customer service and automobiles.
Main Responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate the delivery of sold vehicles, respecting deadlines and associated logistics.
- Ensure the preparation and signing of documents related to sales and transfer of ownership.
- Present the vehicle to the customer at delivery, explain features, and answer questions.
- Guarantee that all elements related to delivery (keys, manuals, accessories, documents) are complete and handed over to the customer.
- Collaborate with the sales, service, and financing teams to provide a smooth and seamless customer experience.
Profile Sought
- Excellent communication skills and a strong sense of customer service.
- Ability to simplify technical information and tailor the conversation to the customer.
- Organization, rigor, and effective time management.
- Comfort with IT tools and management systems (CRM).
- 0 years of experience required; beginners welcome.
- Valid driver's license.
Daily Tasks
- Travel and organize deliveries within the department.
- Manage appointments and signings of documents.
- Deliver and explain the sold vehicles.
- Follow up and build customer loyalty.
