Saint-Constant Kia, located in Saint-Constant, Quebec, is looking for a passionate Delivery Coordinator who is enthusiastic about automobiles and customer service. You will be responsible for the full management of vehicle deliveries sold and will help provide an exceptional customer experience, from the moment of handing over the keys to a detailed explanation of the vehicle's features.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete delivery process of sold vehicles, from preparation to handover to the customer.
• Schedule deliveries and ensure that all required documentation is properly signed.
• Prepare and explain the vehicle's features, functions, warranties, and maintenance instructions to the customer.
• Verify the compliance of documents (contracts, warranties, insurance) and ensure impeccable traceability.
• Collaborate with the sales team, after-sales service, and workshop to ensure smooth and error-free deliveries.
• Answer customer questions during delivery and provide quality after-sales service to promote their satisfaction and loyalty.
• Participate in improving the delivery processes to optimize operational efficiency.

Desired Profile

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role (delivery, logistics coordination, customer service in the automotive sector).
• Operational English; ability to communicate with English-speaking customers is desired.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a strong sense of customer service.
• Excellent organization, time management, and attention to detail.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Team spirit and ability to thrive in a dynamic, customer-oriented environment.
