Delivery Coordinator – Ford St-Basile, Saint-Basile-le-Grand (QC)

Ford St-Basile, a Ford dealership, is looking for a Delivery Coordinator to ensure the delivery of sold vehicles and to assist our customers throughout the delivery process.

About the position

You will be responsible for coordinating the delivery of new and used vehicles, while providing a smooth and professional customer experience. You will work in collaboration with the sales and service teams and handle the administrative follow-up related to each delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate the delivery of new and used vehicles.
• Prepare delivery documents and have contracts, technical sheets, and warranties signed.
• Present the features, operation, and options of the vehicle; answer customer questions.
• Check the condition of vehicles before delivery (cleaning, quick inspection) and ensure the vehicle is ready.
• Collaborate with sales and service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Update customer files and delivery information in internal systems.
• Monitor performance indicators and aim for high customer satisfaction.
• Participate in internal training on products and procedures.

Profile desired

• No experience required; training or internship accepted.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills, time management, and ability to handle multiple deliveries simultaneously.
• Team spirit and autonomy when necessary.
• Ability to simplify technical information and clearly explain vehicle features.
• General knowledge of delivery procedures and related documents (contracts, warranties).
• Fluent in French; English is an asset.

Compensation and benefits

• Annual salary of $55,000 (base + commissions totaling this amount).
• About 700 deliveries of new and used vehicles per year.
