Delivery Coordinator – Kia Repentigny (Repentigny, QC)

Kia Repentigny is looking for a passionate and service-oriented Delivery Coordinator to manage the delivery of sold vehicles and ensure an impeccable customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute the delivery of sold vehicles until they are handed over to the customer.
• Supervise and have delivery-related documents signed (contracts, forms, warranties) and verify their accuracy.
• Clearly explain the vehicle’s functions, equipment, and options (start-up procedures and maintenance).
• Organize delivery appointments, ensure deadlines are met, and guarantee customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with sales, financing, and service teams to ensure a smooth and efficient transition.
• Prepare keys and accompany the demonstration of vehicle features.
• Keep delivery records up to date and ensure compliance with legal and internal requirements.

Profile and Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role (delivery coordination, automotive customer service, sales support).
• Excellent interpersonal skills and fluent communication in French; functional English is an asset.
• Knowledge of automotive sales and financing processes and documents; experience with registration procedures is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license; mobility for travel as needed.
• Organizational skills, rigor, and attention to detail; ability to explain technical information clearly and appropriately.
• Team spirit and customer service orientation.
