Your Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate all vehicle deliveries to customers accurately and punctually.
• Manage delivery schedules, track deadlines, and update the CRM with progress.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Service teams, transportation partners, and customers to ensure a smooth handover.
• Prepare vehicles for delivery (final inspection, keys, manuals, fuel level, basic orientation).
• Verify and process delivery documentation in accordance with policies and regulatory requirements.
• Proactively communicate any delays or issues to customers and internal teams.
• Provide a brief customer orientation during delivery on key features, warranty, and maintenance tips.
• Support showroom logistics and related tasks to ensure a seamless customer journey.
• Identify opportunities to improve the delivery process and customer experience.

Profile Sought

• Entry-level accepted; no experience required, customer motivation and energy valued.
• High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education an asset.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, strong attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills in English; bilingual French-English is highly valued in Montreal.
• Proficiency in MS Office; experience with CRM or dealer management software is a plus.
• Customer service orientation, professionalism, and interpersonal skills.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift small objects and operate in a dynamic environment.
• Respect for confidentiality and secure handling of sensitive information.
