Delivery Coordinator – Subaru Metropolitan

Main Responsibilities

• Plan and optimize vehicle deliveries to meet deadlines, selecting the most efficient routes and schedules.
• Provide proactive communication with customers about order status and delivery dates.
• Work closely with the Sales and Service teams to ensure rapid and accurate processing of all delivery details.
• Prepare and verify delivery documents in accordance with internal procedures.
• Track deliveries and resolve any issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Demonstrate the features of the vehicles sold and answer customers’ questions.
• Schedule appointments and ensure post-delivery follow-up.
• Manage payment-related operational aspects during transactions and collect signatures when necessary.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of experience in a similar role or in the automotive sector.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in French; knowledge of English is a plus.
• Valid driver's license.
• Desirable personal qualities: dynamic, punctual, and personable.
