Delivery Coordinator – Genesis Saint-Laurent
Genesis Saint-Laurent, elegance in the service of the automotive experience, is seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Delivery Coordinator to join our team. You will manage deliveries of sold vehicles, ensure the signing of documents, and explain the vehicle features to customers.
Job Description
You are the key point of contact between our customers and the Sales, Financing and After-Sales Service departments. You ensure a smooth delivery experience, rigorous traceability, and maximum customer satisfaction.
Main Responsibilities
- Manage all deliveries of sold vehicles, ensuring customer satisfaction and on-time delivery.
- Prepare delivery documents, have contracts signed, and verify their accuracy and compliance.
- Explain the features, basic settings, and maintenance requirements of delivered vehicles, clearly and tailored to the client.
- Coordinate with the Sales, Financing and After-Sales teams to guarantee a frictionless customer experience.
- Ensure post-delivery follow-up and act as the customer contact point during vehicle handovers.
- Maintain rigorous traceability of deliveries and documents and ensure compliance with internal procedures.
Profile Sought
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role or in customer service in the automotive industry.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills; ability to simplify technical information.
- Organization, time management and attention to detail; autonomy and team spirit.
- Knowledge of delivery processes and automotive documentation (contracts, financing, key handover) is a plus.
- Bilingual French/English is a plus.
- Proficiency with computer tools and CRM systems; experience with management and payment software.
