Job Mission Manage and coordinate the delivery of sold vehicles, from preparing documents to presenting vehicle features, in order to provide an exemplary and smooth customer experience.

Main Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate the delivery of sold vehicles.
• Prepare, have signed, and archive delivery documents (contracts, vehicle condition reports, warranties, etc.).
• Clearly explain the functions, features, and settings of the vehicles to the customer.
• Verify the accuracy of documents and ensure the vehicle matches the order and contract.
• Collaborate with Sales and Service teams to ensure an effective handover and quality customer experience.
• Maintain and update customer files and delivery follow-ups.
• Participate in the continuous improvement of delivery processes and customer satisfaction.

Profile Sought

• Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in delivery, coordination, or customer service in the automotive industry.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to clearly and pedagogically explain technical and functional aspects of vehicles.
• Organization, autonomy, and attention to detail.
• Team spirit and ability to manage priorities in a dynamic environment.
