Job Offer: Delivery Clerk / File Assembler – Mascouche

We are looking for a Delivery Clerk / File Assembler to strengthen our team and provide an optimal customer experience during vehicle delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure customer satisfaction follow-up and ensure their experience during delivery.
• Manage disbursements and payments at delivery.
• Oversee the preparation of the sold vehicle: verify the installation of selected options and proper functioning of equipment (tinted windows, decals, mats, etc.).
• Schedule required installations and ensure the vehicle is ready for delivery (cleanliness, owner’s manual, etc.).
• Coordinate delivery, collect payments upon delivery, and introduce the customer to relevant staff (including the manager and technical advisor).
• Complete the delivery and explain the vehicle features, warranty, and services offered by the dealership; solicit a satisfaction survey.
• Quickly address problems or complaints and inform the sales manager.
• Actively participate in customer retention and follow-up programs.
• Contribute to various customer service files and support sales management if necessary.
• Perform other tasks as needed and directed by management.

Profile Sought

• Professional presentation and neat appearance.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and customer service orientation.
• Autonomy, organization, and team spirit.
• Ability to adapt in a dynamic environment.
