Delivery Coordinator – Laval

We are hiring a Delivery Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Laval. You will be responsible for delivering sold vehicles, validating documents, and explaining the vehicle's features to the customer.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the delivery of sold vehicles in coordination with the Sales and Service teams.
• Prepare and validate delivery documents (contracts, receipts, warranties) and ensure their transfer to the customer.
• Obtain the required signatures and sign the delivery documents.
• Clearly explain the vehicle's features and maintenance details during key handover and answer customer questions.
• Schedule and coordinate delivery appointments, following internal procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Verify that vehicles are clean, in good condition, and ready for delivery; follow up on deliveries and any returns.
• Keep delivery records and reports up to date; communicate any obstacles or delays to the relevant team.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role or in delivery coordination, customer service, or the automotive field.
• Excellent communication skills in French; English is an asset.
• Good knowledge of sales and delivery documents and compliance procedures.
• Ability to simplify technical information and train customers on vehicle features.
• Organized, rigorous, and capable of managing multiple deliveries simultaneously.
• Valid driver's license and a good driving record.
• Team spirit and customer-focused; exemplary customer service.
