Damage Estimator

We are looking for a Damage Estimator to join our team and play a key role in the repair process, while ensuring an exceptional customer experience.

Your main responsibilities

• Examine damaged vehicles and assess the extent of the damages.
• Conduct a walk-around of the vehicle to validate observed damages.
• Measure and photograph the necessary elements for documentation.
• Prepare detailed estimates for clients and insurers.
• Obtain and manage repair authorizations from insurers.
• Order the parts needed for repairs.
• Research and apply manufacturer procedures and specifications to ensure proper repairs.
• Communicate effectively with clients, insurers, and the team.
• Inform relevant parties of deadlines, changes, or special situations.
• Contribute to the smooth operation and ensure customer satisfaction.

Desired profile

• At least 1 year of experience as a damage estimator or in a similar role.
• Bodywork experience is a significant asset.
• Good priority management and ability to work in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders.
