Job Description

We are looking for a customer service agent to support the service team and ensure an impeccable customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Scheduling service appointments and coordinating technicians’ schedules
• Managing courtesy vehicles and tracking loans
• Customer reminders regarding appointments, service follow-ups, and recall campaigns
• Telephone reception, guiding customers, and maintaining a professional welcome
• Tracking ordered parts and coordinating recall campaigns
• Administrative support related to after-sales service and operational coordination

Profile

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service; experience in the automotive sector is an asset
• Excellent communication skills, active listening, and a customer service-oriented mindset
• Ability to handle multiple requests simultaneously and prioritize tasks
• Proficiency with computer tools and appointment scheduling systems
• Bilingual (French/English) is an asset
• Team spirit, reliability, and adaptability
• Availability during business hours and strong customer service skills
