Honda dealership in Saint-Hyacinthe, we are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. This position offers a great entry point to advance in the automotive industry while providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Greet customers in person and by phone, understand their needs, and direct them to appropriate solutions.
  • Manage inquiries related to Honda vehicles, maintenance, parts, and after-sales services, and follow up throughout the process.
  • Record and update interactions and requests accurately and swiftly in the CRM.
  • Collaborate with the Sales, Parts, and Service departments to ensure a smooth and efficient experience.
  • Provide clear information about promotions, warranties, service conditions, and deadlines.
  • Handle delicate situations or complaints professionally, in accordance with internal policies.
  • Keep a clean and welcoming workspace and contribute to Honda Casavant’s brand image.
  • Participate in onboarding new clients and customer retention through follow-up and after-sales service actions.

Profile Sought

  • Entry-level accepted; motivation and customer service skills are essential.
  • High school diploma or equivalent. Training in customer service or administration is an asset.
  • Excellent communication skills in French; operational English preferred.
  • Proficiency in common computer tools and CRM software; ability to learn quickly.
  • Team spirit, autonomy, priority management, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Professional appearance, positive attitude, and problem-solving skills.
