Customer Service Agent – Repentigny (Automobile Dealership)

Member of Tremblay Auto Group, Repentigny Chevrolet Buick GMC Corvette is looking for a passionate and customer-oriented Customer Service Agent to join a dynamic team and provide an exceptional customer experience.

Main Responsibilities

  • Welcome customers at the counter and on the phone, offering a warm and professional experience.
  • Schedule appointments, coordinate services to be performed, and follow up on interventions.
  • Direct customers to the appropriate services (maintenance, repair, financing, parts) and ensure smooth communication between departments.
  • Manage information requests, quotes, and administrative documents accurately.
  • Use CRM and DMS to enter customer information, ensure follow-up, and keep records up to date.
  • Resolve customer questions or complaints diplomatically and escalate when necessary.
  • Collaborate with Service, Sales, and Finance teams to optimize the customer experience.
  • Achieve or exceed customer satisfaction and productivity goals.

Profile Sought

  • Minimum of 1 year experience in customer service; experience in an auto dealership or sales and service sector is an asset.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in French; functional English is a plus.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, multitasking environment; genuine customer focus and service orientation.
  • Proficiency with computer tools (CRM and customer management software); good organization and analytical skills.
  • Secondary school diploma required; relevant training in customer service or automotive field is an advantage.
