Customer Service Agent – Laval (1 year of experience required)

At 440 Chevrolet Buick GMC Ltd., a dealer of Tremblay Auto Group and an active community member, we are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Customer Service Agent to strengthen our team in Laval. You will be the first point of contact for customers in the dealership and remotely, ensuring an exceptional customer experience throughout the process.

Main Responsibilities

• Warmly greet customers in person, by phone, and via email; quickly identify their needs and direct them to the appropriate services.
• Schedule and manage maintenance and repair appointments; prepare work orders and coordinate with the workshop and sales departments.
• Provide clear information about services, maintenance packages, and promotions; suggest additional solutions when relevant.
• Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM and ensure meticulous follow-up on interactions.
• Resolve complaints professionally and propose solutions that enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
• Collaborate with teams to achieve service goals and quality standards.
• Follow internal procedures, safety, and compliance standards.

Desired Profile

• Minimum of one year of experience in customer service; experience in the automotive sector or after-sales service is an asset.
• Excellent communication and customer relationship skills; ability to handle multiple requests simultaneously.
• Proficiency in French; English is an asset. Good command of computer tools (CRM, Office suite, etc.).
• Team spirit, service orientation, and results-driven mindset.
• Flexible and able to adapt in a dynamic environment.
