Sales and Loyalty Specialist – Customer Ambassador

St-Jérôme Chevrolet Buick GMC and Léveillé Auto are hiring

The role

You will be the customer ambassador, responsible for maintaining the connection with our existing customer base, assessing their needs, and offering tailored solutions. You will organize appointments at the dealership and collaborate with our advisors and managers to ensure a smooth and professional experience. You will contribute to building lasting trust and growing our relationships.

Your responsibilities

  • Regularly communicate with our existing clients to keep a warm and solid connection
  • Assess needs and identify opportunities to propose advantageous offers
  • Build and maintain a trust-based relationship – with us, a customer is for life
  • Plan and organize dealership appointments, ensuring quick and professional support
  • Work closely with advisors and managers to ensure everything runs smoothly
  • Participate in a positive and energetic team atmosphere

Profile sought

  • Passionate about customer service – it’s in your DNA
  • Experience in a similar position (sales, loyalty, or customer relations)
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Bilingual French-English
  • Business-minded with the ability to spot opportunities
  • Teamwork as one of your strengths
  • Proficiency with a CRM (Activix is an asset) and knowledge of the MS Office suite
  • Positive, dynamic, and adaptable, even on rainy Mondays
