The role

As a Sales and Loyalty Specialist, you will be the customer ambassador. You will maintain and develop trusting relationships with our customer base, identify their needs, and propose tailored offers to foster their loyalty and retention.

Your missions

  • Communicate with our existing clients to maintain a warm and professional connection (phone, email, in dealership).
  • Assess clients' needs and identify opportunities to offer relevant and advantageous deals.
  • Build and maintain a sustainable trust-based relationship – with us, the customer is at the heart of everything.
  • Organize and coordinate appointments at the dealership quickly and professionally.
  • Work closely with advisors and managers to ensure a smooth experience.
  • Contribute to a positive team atmosphere and energize the customer experience with your enthusiasm.

Profile sought

  • Passionate about customer service and results-oriented.
  • Experience in a similar role (sales, loyalty, or customer relations).
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Bilingual in French and English (ability to communicate with a diverse clientele).
  • Business acumen and ability to spot value-added opportunities.
  • Teamwork and collaborative spirit.
  • Proficiency with CRM software (Activix is a plus) and the Microsoft Office suite.
  • Positive, cheerful, and dynamic attitude, even on busy Mondays.
