Branch Manager – Operational Leadership at Robert Bernard

The position in brief
- Location: Saint-Paul-d’Abbotsford region (or at our sites)
- Salary: between $72,000 and $90,000 depending on experience
- Performance bonus: 15%
- Type of employment: full-time, executive
What we are looking for
- 1 to 3 years of experience in business management (staff, productivity, customer service, procurement, sales)
- You are a positive leader with a constructive attitude that fosters engagement and well-being at work
- You possess strong management and communication skills, able to influence and mobilize effectively
- You demonstrate good analytical skills and can diagnose operational issues to resolve them
- You are known for your ability to unite teams through human and inclusive leadership
- You are proficient with IT tools and Microsoft Office suite
- Knowledge in the field of tires (TBR/PC), mechanics, or accessories: an asset
Key responsibilities
- Lead all activities of the branch: operations, customer service, sales, administration, and team management
- Define and communicate a clear vision, mobilize the team, and ensure a healthy, safe, and high-performing work environment
- Represent the company’s culture and values in the field, promoting collaboration, rigor, and respect
- Optimize operational and financial performance: analyze results, identify improvement levers, and deploy concrete action plans
- Support, coach, and develop team members to encourage autonomy and skills growth
- Promote a proactive, solutions-oriented approach in daily management and opportunity identification
- Rigorously manage resources, equipment, and facilities to support efficiency and safety
- Collaborate closely with internal partners to ensure smooth operations, inventory management, and adherence to standards
Main tasks
- Closing sales (« Closing / T.O. »)
- Sales for the commercial fleet
- Exchanges between dealerships
