Position: Assistant Sales Director

Mont-Royal Chevrolet continues to grow and is seeking an Assistant Sales Director to support the department and actively contribute to the team’s performance in a professional and stimulating environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Sales Director in daily department management.
• Support the team in closing transactions and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Train, mentor, and motivate sales advisors.
• Handle customer interactions to close sales (TO).
• Distribute and follow up on leads.
• Accompany representatives during negotiations with clients.
• Ensure sales targets are met and monitor team performance.
• Perform any other related tasks related to the position.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in the automotive sector.
• Management experience or in a leadership role (a significant asset).
• Knowledge of GM (a significant asset).
• Leadership, organizational skills, and team spirit.
• Results-oriented and customer service focused.
• Excellent communication and time management skills.
