Body Shop Manager – Leadership, Performance, and Growth
Important Information We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Body Shop Manager to oversee the entire department, optimize operational performance, customer satisfaction, and profitability.
About the Position
- Plan, organize, and supervise all operations of the body shop department.
- Lead and motivate the team (appraisers, body technicians, painters, support staff).
- Ensure compliance with deadlines, quality standards, and internal procedures.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with insurers and suppliers.
- Oversee estimates, file follow-ups, and authorization of work.
- Provide exemplary customer service from the first contact to vehicle delivery.
- Monitor performance indicators (productivity, profitability, customer satisfaction).
- Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety standards.
- Participate in continuous process improvement and achievement of financial objectives.

- Significant experience in managing an auto body shop.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Good knowledge of repair processes, estimation, and insurers.
- Organizational skills, rigor, and autonomy.
