Established automobile dealership in Laval is seeking an experienced Body Shop Manager to oversee the management and coordination of body shop tasks, ensure high-level customer service, and optimize internal processes.

About the Position

• Location: Laval, Quebec
• Role: Head of the Body Shop Department, ensuring quality interventions and proper operational functioning.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate all body shop files (estimates, repairs, technical follow-up) and ensure the quality of interventions.
• Plan and track deadlines, ensure compliance with quality standards and internal procedures.
• Communicate with clients, insurers, suppliers, and subcontractors.
• Collaborate with the Sales, Service, Financing, and Insurance departments to optimize operational flows.
• Oversee administrative aspects (cost estimates, invoicing, reports, documentation) and ensure data accuracy.
• Manage and develop the body shop team, providing exemplary leadership and autonomous management.

Desired Profile

• Relevant experience in automotive bodywork, ideally in management or department coordination.
• Good knowledge of insurance claims and repair processes.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
• Leadership, autonomy, rigor, and professionalism.
• Valid driver's license.
• Technical diploma or equivalent experience considered an asset.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience as Body Shop Director or equivalent role.
