Main Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with expertise and courtesy.
• Follow up with prospects and clients and update our customer relationship management (CRM) system.
• Collaborate with the sales team to maximize opportunities and achieve performance goals.
• Participate in marketing campaigns to attract and retain customers.
• Generate performance reports and suggest improvements.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of experience in a similar position (preference for the automotive sector).
• Excellent communication skills in French and English.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of organization.
• Knowledge of CRM tools or lead management is an asset.
• Strong customer service skills and the ability to build positive relationships.
