Job Description

BDC Agent – Business Development Center (Evening – Full Time)

Mega Kia Brossard, a rapidly growing Kia dealer serving the Brossard region, is looking for a motivated, energetic, and results-oriented BDC agent to support the sales and after-sales departments.

Salary and Conditions

  • Overall compensation up to $60,000 and more, with a bonus program
  • Evening schedule, full-time:
    • Monday to Thursday: 11:30 a.m. – 8:00 p.m.
    • Friday: 11:30 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.

Responsibilities

Sales

  • Quickly handle internet inquiries and incoming calls
  • Manage online chat and customer requests
  • Follow up with prospects and schedule appointments for sales advisors
  • Follow up with clients by phone, text, and email
  • Keep client records up to date in the CRM

After-Sales Service

  • Book and confirm service appointments
  • Follow up on recommended maintenance and post-visit customer follow-up
  • Participate in loyalty campaigns

Customer Satisfaction

  • Monitor surveys and gather feedback
  • Handle inquiries and ensure necessary follow-ups
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of the customer experience

Tools and Technologies

  • Activix CRM, Merlin (Sales), Talksoon, SBK Telecom
  • Artificial intelligence tools to optimize customer follow-ups

Desired Profile

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Positive, professional attitude, results-oriented
  • Organizational skills and diligence in follow-ups
  • Comfort with computer tools and ability to manage multiple files simultaneously
  • Customer service, call center, or BDC experience (asset)
  • Experience in the automotive industry (asset)
  • Dynamic and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
