BDC Agent – Business Development Center

Growing Kia dealership serving the Brossard area is seeking a motivated, energetic, and results-oriented BDC Agent to support the sales and after-sales departments.

About the position

Competitive pay with bonuses: a base salary that can reach $60,000 per year, through a monthly bonus program.

Schedule

• Full-time, evening shift
• Monday to Thursday: 11:30 a.m. – 8:00 p.m.
• Friday: 11:30 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.

Responsibilities

• Sales

  • Quickly handle internet inquiries and respond to incoming calls and chats
  • Follow up with potential clients
  • Schedule and confirm appointments for sales advisors
  • Follow up with clients via phone, text, and email
  • Keep client records up to date in the CRM

• After-sales service

  • Book and confirm service appointments
  • Follow up on recommended maintenance
  • Contact clients for post-visit follow-ups
  • Participate in loyalty campaigns

• Customer satisfaction

  • Monitor surveys and gather feedback
  • Handle inquiries and ensure necessary follow-ups
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of the customer experience

• Tools and efficiency

  • Use Activix CRM, AutoAlert, Talksoon, SBK Telecom, and artificial intelligence solutions to optimize follow-ups

Desired profile

• Excellent communication skills; positive and professional attitude
• Organizational skills and rigor in follow-ups
• Proficiency with computer tools; ability to manage multiple files simultaneously
• Customer service, call center, or BDC experience is a plus
• Automotive experience is an asset
• Experience in a dynamic and results-driven environment
