Job Description
Logistics Coordinator – CEC Workshop (Temporary 36 months)
We are seeking a logistics coordinator to oversee transportation, mobility, washing, and vehicle preparation activities within our workshop. You will plan movements, supervise teams, and ensure operational smoothness to optimize productivity and reduce immobilization times.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily activities related to vehicle movement and preparation, ensuring operational flow and priority adherence.
- Use Protractor and Astus FMS to monitor and document operations; ensure traceability and process quality.
- Plan and assign operational tasks based on established priorities and activity progress.
- Monitor the execution and quality of operational activities; identify and correct discrepancies.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards and internal procedures.
- Serve as a point of contact for resolving daily operational issues.
- Train employees on operational processes and the use of IT tools; support team skill development.
- Continuously mentor and train team members.
- Plan internal and inter-site vehicle movements through IT systems.
- Coordinate required towing and transportation based on operational needs.
- Optimize the use of operational spaces and vehicle circulation.
- Provide updates on operations using internal IT tools.
- Collaborate with different teams to align operational priorities.
- Identify recurring issues and propose improvements to practices and processes.
Profile Sought
Technical Skills and Tools
- Proficiency with Protractor, Astus FMS, Outlook, and Excel.
- Ability to document and communicate operational indicators.
- Experience in team training and integration.

Languages
- French – Advanced (spoken and written).
Required Qualifications
- Post-secondary diploma of 2 to 3 years in a technical field, project management, operations, or related area, required.
- Minimum experience:
- 12 months with IT tools (Protractor, Astus FMS, Outlook, Excel).
- 12 months in team onboarding and training.
- 18 months in coordination within the car-sharing sector.
- 12 months in team coordination.
- Valid driver’s license (Class 5), required.
Assets
- Experience in operational planning, activity coordination, or team supervision in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of workshop operations or similar operational environments.

Contract and Schedule
- Contract type: Temporary (36 months)
- Hours: 36 hours/week
Compensation
- Annual salary: CAD 65,145.60
- Hourly rate: CAD 34.80/h
- Salary may be re-evaluated based on company and employee performance
