Deputy Sales Manager – Kia Quebec
Kia Quebec, a Kia dealership in Quebec, is looking for a passionate and customer-oriented Deputy Sales Manager to join our dynamic and excellence-focused team. Based in Quebec City, this key role directly contributes to sales performance while ensuring an impeccable customer experience.
Your Responsibilities
- Assist the Sales Director in planning, guiding, and leading the sales team to achieve and surpass monthly and annual goals.
- Coach, supervise, and inspire sales advisors to optimize individual and team results and foster a culture of exceptional customer service.
- Monitor key indicators (sales volume, conversion rate, average transaction value, customer satisfaction, delivery times) and implement corrective actions.
- Participate in developing and executing commercial action plans, promotions, and marketing campaigns in collaboration with the marketing and finance departments.
- Manage lead allocation, vehicle inventory distribution, and appointments to maximize sales process efficiency.
- Collaborate with the Service and Parts departments to ensure a smooth customer experience from first contact through after-sales service.
- Oversee compliance, safety, and ethical procedures in accordance with Kia Canada policies and local standards.
- Prepare and present performance reports and forecasts to management, along with strategic recommendations.
Candidate Profile
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales or sales management; ideally in the automotive sector or a related field.
- Proven leadership and team development experience; ability to motivate and generate results.
- Excellent communication skills in French; English is a plus.
- Strong customer focus, service orientation, and ability to work in a results-driven, multitask environment.
- Analytical skills and data-driven decision-making ability; familiarity with CRM tools and reporting systems is preferred.
- Relevant diploma or equivalent experience; ongoing training in sales techniques and management is a plus.
