The Honda dealership in Donnacona is looking for a passionate and results-oriented Deputy Sales Manager to support the team and enhance the customer experience. Under the supervision of the Sales Manager, you will play a key role in achieving sales objectives and managing the operational aspects of the department.

Job Objective Contribute to the dealership's commercial performance by assisting the Sales Manager in the daily management of the department, motivating and developing the team, while ensuring excellent customer service.

Main Responsibilities

• Assist the Sales Manager in the operational management of the department
• Supervise, motivate, and train the sales advisors team
• Actively participate in the sales process (preparation, presentation, negotiation, and closing)
• Ensure high-quality customer service and manage complex situations
• Monitor performance indicators (sales, conversion rate, customer satisfaction)
• Ensure compliance with the dealership and manufacturer policies and procedures
• Collaborate with finance (F&I) and after-sales departments
• Participate in inventory management (new and used vehicles)
• Ensure the accuracy of sales records

Operational Missions

• Finalize sales (closing / follow-up)
• Supervise the new car sales department
• Supervise the used car sales department
• Communicate and coordinate with partner dealerships

Profile Sought

Experience

• Minimum of 1 year of experience as an Assistant Sales Manager (or equivalent position)

Skills and Qualities

• Structured leadership and ability to develop a team
• Results-oriented with a strong sense of commercial performance
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Good inventory management and familiarity with F&I processes
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
• Customer-focused with proactive problem-solving skills

Education

• Relevant training in sales, business, or related field (an asset)
