Deputy Sales Director / Desk Manager – Brossard (m/f)

About the Position As Deputy Sales Director and Desk Manager, your mission will be to motivate and support the sales team, ensure optimal performance, and replace the Sales Director in their absence. You will oversee the quality of transactions and the sustainable growth of the customer base.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise, train, and coach sales advisors; promote their advancement and performance.
- Participate in the training of new advisors and identify their training needs.
- Write reports on the progress of interns and new advisors during their training and probation periods.
- Set ambitious yet realistic monthly goals for each sales advisor and monitor their achievement.
- Design and implement improvement programs for underperforming salespeople.
- Manage vehicle exchanges between dealerships and priority transactions.
- Approve transactions upon supervisor’s instructions and ensure procedures are followed.
- Stay informed about new products, manufacturer promotions, and banking offers.
- Stand in for the Sales Director during their absence.
- Develop and maintain an effective customer development system.
- Ensure compliance with federal, provincial, and municipal laws related to automobile sales.
- Monitor sales staff performance and produce regular reports.
Profile Sought
- Minimum 1 year of experience in auto sales, ideally in management or supervision.
- Bilingual in French and English (ability to communicate with an English-speaking clientele).
- Experience in management within the automotive sector.
- Personal qualities sought: dynamism, energy, ambition, reliability, team spirit, and excellent interpersonal skills.

Requirements and Experience
