Main Responsibilities

• Schedule and confirm appointments for the mechanical department.
• Answer incoming calls and provide a quality customer experience.
• Collaborate closely with the mechanical service team and technicians.
• Update customer records and ensure follow-up on appointments.
• Perform, if necessary, other administrative tasks related to the service.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Relevant experience in a customer service center or in the automotive sector (a plus).
• Ability to substitute for the technical advisor during their vacation periods.
• Strong knowledge of automotive mechanics highly desired.
• Excellent communication, customer relations, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a dynamic environment.
• Proficiency in computer tools and administrative processes related to the service.

• Scheduling and managing appointments.
• Greeting and answering phone calls.
• Updating customer files and following up on interventions.
• Coordinating with technicians and internal teams.
• Administrative follow-up of department activities.

Experience and Education

• Minimum experience: 1 year as an appointment coordinator or in a similar role.
• Education: experience and knowledge of the automotive sector highly valued.
