Appointment Coordinator – Service and Sales

St-Constant Honda Desjardins, a Honda dealership recognized in Montérégie and the greater Montreal area, is seeking an Appointment Coordinator. Join a passionate team and play a key role in optimizing our appointment scheduling program for service and sales, to provide an exceptional customer experience from the first contact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize the appointment schedule for service and sales, in coordination with technicians and advisors.
  • Act as the first point of contact for appointment requests (phone and email); welcome customers and ensure high-quality service.
  • Schedule, confirm, and remind customers of appointments; manage modifications, cancellations, and rescheduling efficiently.
  • Update customer data in the CRM and ensure the accuracy of records.
  • Collaborate with the service, parts, and workshop departments to ensure a smooth and coordinated customer experience.
  • Prepare reports on appointment occupancy and performance indicators.
  • Participate in the continuous improvement of appointment booking processes and contribute to team training if necessary.

Desired Profile

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in schedule coordination, customer service, or a similar role; experience in the automotive industry or a related sector is appreciated.
  • Excellent communication skills in French; English is an asset.
  • Proficiency with computer tools (Office suite), appointment scheduling software, and CRM.
  • Strong organizational skills, versatility, rigor, and customer service orientation.
  • Ability to work in a team and handle multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
  • Resistance to stress and ability to propose quick and effective solutions.
