Guarantee the reception and scheduling of service appointments, optimize the use of technicians' schedules, and provide a smooth and professional customer experience.

Main Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and schedule service appointments.
• Greet clients with professionalism and courtesy.
• Confirm and follow up on appointments to optimize technicians’ schedules.
• Make follow-up calls (reminders, confirmations, customer satisfaction).
• Collaborate with the service team to ensure a high-quality customer experience.

Profile Sought

• Experience in an automobile dealership or the automotive sector.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Good priority management and ability to work in a dynamic environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and comfort with computer systems.
• Bilingual in French and English.
