Appointment Coordinator – Customer Service and Operations

Responsibilities
- Answer clients by phone and in person with clarity and courtesy.
- Schedule, plan, and coordinate service appointments, interviews, and after-sales services, optimizing operational flow.
- Follow up on appointments and send reminders; manage modifications and cancellations diplomatically.
- Perform daily administrative tasks and data entry into the CRM and internal schedules.
- Greet clients and direct them to appropriate services with professionalism.
- Work closely with advisors, technicians, and other teams to ensure a consistent and seamless customer experience.
Profile
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role (reception, coordination, customer service); experience in the automotive sector is an asset.
- Excellent command of French, both spoken and written; English is a plus.
- Good computer skills (Microsoft 365 suite, CRM, and appointment scheduling software).
- Excellent organizational skills, analytical mindset, and ability to handle multiple requests simultaneously.
- Service-oriented, patient, discreet, and able to work in a team in a dynamic environment.
- Availability to work hours compatible with the needs of the service and team.
