Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate after-sales service and sales appointments, optimize schedules and prioritize requests.
• Greet customers upon arrival, direct them to the appropriate service, prepare files, and follow up on appointments and reminders.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date calendars for sales advisors, technicians, and administrative teams; communicate changes in real-time.
• Collaborate with the financing and parts departments to offer a seamless and frictionless customer experience.
• Use CRM/ERP and computer tools to document appointments, customer preferences, and service history; generate simple reports.
• Monitor performance indicators (appointment rate, cancellations, delays) and propose operational improvements.

Desired Profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position, ideally in the automotive sector or customer service.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
• Strong customer service orientation and excellent communication skills in French; English is an asset.
• Proficiency in office tools (MS Office) and appointment management systems/CRM; strong ability to learn.
• Integrity, team spirit, problem-solving attitude; professionalism and discretion.

Skills and Tools

• Operational tasks: booking and managing appointments, telephone reception, handling requests, customer follow-up, web requests management, office tasks.
• Software: Reynolds & Reynolds, Microsoft Office (Excel, Word); experience with CRM and appointment management tools.
