Position: Appointment Scheduler and Customer Service Agent
Location: Boisbriand (North Shore)

Your Challenges
- Actively participate in the after-sales customer experience through professional follow-up calls.
- Coordinate and confirm after-sales appointments.
- Promote recommended maintenance, promotions, and services offered by the dealership.
- Ensure traceability of interactions and keep information up to date in management systems.
- Support the team during peak periods.
- Provide courteous, personalized service focused on customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Follow up on customer satisfaction after their visit to the dealership.
- Book and confirm after-sales appointments.
- Inform clients about recommended maintenance and promotions.
- Manage and update client records in the system.
- Provide operational assistance to the team during busy periods.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and responsiveness in communications.
Desired Profile
- Experience in customer service, appointment scheduling, or similar role (asset).
- Excellent communication skills and comfort on the phone.
- Bilingual in French and English.
- Organizational skills and prioritization.
- Proficiency with computer tools.
- Proactive, professional, with a strong focus on customer service.
Conditions and Benefits
- Salary: starting at $20/hour, potential bonuses.
- Schedule: Monday to Thursday from 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM; Friday 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM.
