Lot Attendant – Subaru Repentigny (Repentigny, QC)

We are hiring a passionate and organized Lot Attendant to join the Subaru Repentigny team. As a key link in logistics and reception, you contribute to providing a smooth and secure customer experience by efficiently managing our lot and coordinating between departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Organize and oversee lot management: greet incoming and outgoing vehicles, guide drivers and visitors, and optimize the placement of vehicles and equipment.
• Maintain order and cleanliness of parking areas and loading/unloading zones.
• Coordinate with sales and after-sales services to prepare vehicles for delivery, manage inventory, and handle stock movements.
• Ensure safety procedures are followed, check vehicle conditions, and keep accurate records of movements and related documents.
• Actively participate in inventories and manage operational flows of the lot.
• Collaborate with different departments to optimize customer experience and operational efficiency.

Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum of one year of experience in lot management, logistics, or a similar position; ideally in the automotive or retail sector.
• Strong organizational skills, rigor, and attention to detail; ability to prioritize and work independently.
• Good physical condition; ability to work standing, outdoors, and in all weather conditions.
• Excellent communication skills and team spirit; ability to collaborate with various departments.
• Valid driver’s license; knowledge of automotive safety procedures is an asset.
• Fluent in French; English is an asset.
