Job Description

Guarantee Administrator – Independent Contractor (1 to 2 positions)

MASJ Services is expanding rapidly and strengthening its team in the automotive sector. We are seeking 1 to 2 independent professionals to support our development. You will be responsible for managing warranty cases and actively contributing to process improvements.

Responsibilities

  • Manage warranty cases and customer claims, verify eligibility, and apply exclusions.
  • Monitor deadlines and ensure quick and accurate handling of warranties.
  • Collaborate with after-sales, quality teams, and suppliers to resolve warranty disputes.
  • Record and update information in management systems (CRM/ERP and internal databases).
  • Prepare reports on warranty trends and propose improvements.
  • Communicate professionally with customers and partners.

Profile

  • Good knowledge of the automotive sector.
  • Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Office, warranty management systems, CRM/ERP) and ability to quickly learn new tools.
  • Availability of 20 to 40 hours per week.
  • Ability to work autonomously and remotely.
  • At least 2 years of experience in warranty management or a similar role.
  • Experience as a technical advisor is an asset and welcome.
