Job Description
Guarantee Administrator (Independent Contractor) – Automobile – Remote Work Possible
MASJ Services is experiencing rapid growth and is seeking 1 to 2 independent professionals to support its development in the automotive sector. You will contribute to ensuring effective warranty management and improving our processes.
Responsibilities
- Manage warranty files and customer claims: verify eligibility and apply exclusions.
- Monitor deadlines and ensure swift and accurate processing of warranties.
- Collaborate with after-sales, quality, and supplier teams to resolve warranty disputes.
- Record and update information in management systems (CRM/ERP and internal databases).
- Prepare reports on warranty trends and suggest process improvements.
- Communicate professionally with customers and partners.
Profile Requested
- Knowledge of the automotive sector.
- Strong computer skills (Office suite, warranty management systems, CRM/ERP) and ability to quickly learn new tools.
- Availability of 20 to 40 hours per week; autonomous work remotely.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a role related to claims or warranty management.
- Experience as a technical advisor in this field is an advantage.
- Personal qualities: meticulousness, customer service orientation, and proactive mindset.
