Claims Agent - Technical Advisor

We are looking for a Claims Agent - Technical Advisor to join our dynamic team. You will be at the heart of our commitment to providing quality and reliable customer service.
Your Mission
Manage and process claims related to extended mechanical warranties efficiently, while ensuring a smooth and professional customer experience.
Main Responsibilities
- Analyze and handle claims in accordance with internal policies to ensure quality service.
- Provide technical advice in French and English to customers.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and optimize claim processes.
- Keep claim files and tracking systems up to date (traceability and transparency).
- Build trusting relationships by answering questions and offering proactive support.
- Perform daily operational tasks:
- Data entry and management
- Opening and closing work orders
- Estimating repair costs
- Preparing and submitting manufacturer warranty claims
- Handling calls and communication exchanges
- Other routine administrative tasks
Profile Sought
Experience
- Minimum 1 year in a similar position or in customer service; experience in the automotive industry is preferred.
Language Skills
- Proficiency in French and English, both spoken and written.
Skills & Behavior
- Ability to work independently while being an active team member.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a dynamic environment.
- Analytical mindset and attention to detail.
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- General computer knowledge and experience with claims management systems.
