Experienced Warranty Clerk – Remote Work (Chrysler)

ClaimSafe Inc. management is one of the fastest-growing warranty management companies in Canada, exclusively specializing in Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram, Fiat, and Alfa Romeo dealerships. We are recruiting an experienced warranty clerk to join our remote team. This position is specifically targeted at individuals with warranty management experience at a Chrysler dealership.
Desired Profile
- Minimum of one year of experience in warranty management at a Chrysler dealership (required)
- Experience with DealerCONNECT and Chrysler claims management systems
- Proficiency in written and spoken French and English
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Autonomy and ability to work independently
- Analytical mindset and capacity to prepare clear and compliant documents
Main Responsibilities
- Submit and accurately manage warranty claims with Chrysler
- Review repair orders and supporting documents to ensure claims compliance
- Correct and resubmit rejected claims
- Track pending approvals and unresolved claims
- Prepare digital imaging requests when necessary
- Maintain well-organized files and achieve daily productivity goals
- Stay informed about Chrysler warranty policies and procedures
Job Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in warranty management at a Chrysler dealership
- Experience with DealerCONNECT and Chrysler claims management systems
- Fluency in French and English (spoken and written)
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Autonomy and capacity to work independently
